About Suz Coffman
Professional Team Builder
In her role as a facilitator and coach, Suz is committed to crafting experiences where individuals feel both safe and stretched, excited and thoughtful. Laughter is a constant companion in her sessions, providing a unique atmosphere where frustrations are worked through, and successes are celebrated together. Suz's strong intuitive sense, coupled with a deep understanding of group and individual dynamics, allows her to adapt swiftly to meet the evolving needs of her clients.
With over 20 years of experience in group facilitation and experiential program management, Suz has extensive experience working with diverse client groups. Her professional journey began in youth development, where she oversaw challenge courses, managed summer camps, and held various roles within public schools. Over the past decade, Suz has shifted her focus to professional team effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on the profound impact that aligned organizations can have in the world.
Suz holds a master's degree in counseling and career development. Her toolkit includes experience integrating assessments such as DiSC®, MBTI®, Insights Discovery System®, and Clifton StrengthsFinder™ into her work.

Our Name Story
The name Wild Indigo Project comes from the most significant projects in my life – my children. Their middle names, Wilder and Indigo, serve as the inspiration. It juxtaposes the elements of fun, playfulness, and action (wildness) with the qualities of calm, thoughtful connection, and reflection (indigo). Wild Indigo Project signifies not just a company but a spirited adventure in team strengthening and leadership growth.
